While my gentle demeanor and empathetic nature create a safe space for exploration, I am also comfortable being direct. Therapy is a collaborative process between the client and the therapist, and I strive to empower my clients with the tools they need to succeed. I embrace a strength-based approach, focusing on amplifying the inherent strengths and resilience of each of my clients. 

I am a French native of African descent who has lived in the United States for an extended period of time, I am passionate about exploring how therapeutic modalities can be adapted to better serve underrepresented populations.
